Our community mourns the loss of Officer Greg Alia, killed today in the line of duty. We honor his service while reminded once again of the sacrifices men and women in law enforcement are prepared to make in order to maintain the "thin blue line" that separates law abiding society from those that would do us harm. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Greg's wife Kassy and for his young son.
