Although the City of Columbia Water Department has liftedthe boil water advisory in some of their service area, that has not applied to customers in the Forest Acres area. Please continue to vigorously boil tap water for five minutes minutes before cooking with it or drinking it. Tap water is still regarded as safe to bathe in as long as you don not swallow it.
