Born in the USA 4 Miler

Celebrate Independence Day with one of Forest Acres’ favorite traditions! The Born in the USA 4 Miler returns on Saturday, July 4, featuring a 4-mile race, a two-person relay, and the Firecracker Youth Run. 

Hosted by Strictly Running, the event begins at 7:04 a.m. near the corner of Trenholm Road and Forest Drive and winds through the heart of Forest Acres with an out-and-back course and downhill finish. 

Participants of all ages can enjoy a festive morning of fitness, community spirit, patriotic attire contests, finisher medals, and family-friendly fun. Parking will be available at several nearby locations, including Forest Acres City Hall.
