Forest Acres Rolls Out GovWell to Improve Efficiency
A Guide for Residents: Code Enforcement and Sanitation Requests
The City of Forest Acres is integrating the GovWell platform to modernize code enforcement services and sanitation requests. GovWell is a cloud-based government operations system designed specifically for municipalities to streamline workflows, improve transparency, and make it easier for residents to interact with local government online.
The new system will allow users to:
- Submit code enforcement complaints online and include photos or documents
- Submit applications for tree removal permits
- Submit applications for goat grazing permits
- Submit sanitation requests online ie. a missed pickup, trash can replacement, schedule special or bulk pickup of items
- Search property address to see
- If the property is in the City of Forest Acres City Limits
- History of complaints and any open requests at the property address
- Utilize chatbox to search City of Forest Acres ordinances
- Utilize chatbox to search City of Forest Acres new zoning laws known as the UDO or Unified Development Ordinance.
