Come kick off the holiday season in Forest Acres with the 21st annual Sweet Seasons presented by Lexington Medical Center and the City of Forest Acres!

The 21st annual Sweet Seasons is planned for Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Lowes Foods Shopping Center (4711 Forest Drive).

Sweet Seasons started as a small community event in the parking lot at city hall and has grown into a large celebration with thousands of attendees held each year. 

This annual event is always FREE to the public and is FULL of FREE kids fun! Enjoy pictures with Santa and The Grinch! Face painting + balloon animals + free hot chocolate + a magician + a bubble artist!

Plus, live music, food and drink vendors on site with dinner, drinks and desserts available for purchase.

Our city council will turn on the city's holiday lights and officially kick off the season in Forest Acres.
