The City of Forest Acres will waive residential building permit fees for post-flood repairs until further notice. However, contractors performing work in Forest Acres will be required to have proper SC LLR credentials for the work being done and be able to present a written estimate or contract in order to obtain a permit and City of Forest Acres Buisness License.
