Police & Court

The Police Department administers the Forest Acres Municipal Court, with cases adjudicated by Judges Kirby Shealy and William Womble. Municipal court is held every Thursday at 8:30 AM at City Hall.

The court schedules bond hearings as needed. Fines may be paid in person at City Hall 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
